What herbal essences is good for me?

I have somewhat long hair, i dont have straight hair, its wavy, but not a pretty type of wavy, my hair gets VERY greasy within a day, or depending on the shampoo i use. It has split ends, and is frizzy when i dont blow dry it. Which do you think would be the best? and can you tell the scent of it too ?
