Joe Jonas actual home!!?

well I need to know where does Joe Jonas actually livees, I know that he does not live with his parents ,and he does not live with ashley greene too, but I hear about he was living in Los Feliz, Los Angeles, Im NOT sure cause I hear about that his home was hounted XD and he often thought about getting his own place, so if someone knows about it please help me with this!! I'll be very greatfull with this ;)
