Does this look like a good beginning of a novel?

No. A good beginning is supposed to hook and interest the reader, to make them want to continue reading. Describing the main character waking up and looking outside is not interesting, does not hook at all. The last line also makes your character come off as rather shallow, only caring about looks, and many people do not care for such vain characters.
