By the time Pierce retires, Jeff Greene will be at his peak.. But he will only give them 4-6 productive seasons, whereas he could have given them 9 max if Pierce wasn't there.. Perkins was the reason they won in 2008 defensively, and the reason they lost in 2010 defensively.. Yet he's letting him walk for another wingman and a Center that can't play defense put can score? Celtics have enough scorers!!
