Could anyone suggest a makeup palette with colourful & neutral shades?

I was going to say Coastal Scents 88 Original Palette, definitely a good choice! And the great thing is that it's very affordable. Also, if you go to MAC, they have some really nice palettes as well. IF you go on Youtube, you will notice that most makeup gurus use the coastal scents palette or mac palettes.
