As our personal power increases, our ability to make connections with others decrease?

Most who desire to climb have a different goal in mind,Based on the desire they would give up most anything for more power, usually costing some long time acquaintances as possible liabilities. It is those whom are Given power while not necessarily seeking it who have the longest tail of friends which will usually remain intact right to the moment that you start buying your own press, then my man all bets are off. Power is overrated by most minds the world over because it carries a dominant gene,which most are corrupted by. Power is toxic...it is not to be trusted in large part due to it's ability to devour it's master.
