Could this be a std or yest infection?

last month I took plan b. I used protection during. but I just didnt feel right so I took it anyways. I had my period last week I used scented tampons because I noticed small odor. I still had odor after my period so I used summers eve. 2 days ago a lump came on my inner labia and it was sore. one day ago I found. Another lump on the outer labia. Today I found a very small lump on the inner labia. Sore when I first notice then no pain. No drainage or anything. Is this herpes. I just want a idea of what it could before I go to the gyno.
