How can i do my hair like this?

um, well this looks very professional so to get that for an event (eg prom etc) you should get it at a salon and take this picture with you, otherwise you could try with a curling iron and although it may not turn out brilliant or like this, everyones hair is different and im sure it will be nice curly in whatever way it goes
