Why are Christians so behind on the upkeep?

We like science. We use satalite tv and the internet to spread the gospel. And I personnally will enjoy riding in my Fathers craft. The word says God's craft is as fast as the lightning . The speed of light. But I do balk at thinking that dirt created all life from some unknown and mysterious action of nature.
